New 'mask screen' and 'remove windows' properties

Great addition of these 2 new properties. You guys are awesome.
One thing with the remove windows is when I call my customer search program and return to my caller program all of the masked screens are removed and the only window that is showing is the one I was working in when I made the call.
Can the remove windows property be contained within each program so that the above would not happen ?
