Start a program on the URL that has a profound ui screen but is not well formated

Hello all
I need some help, i have a program that I'm calling on the browser url, it has an profoundui screen and no problem calling it.
But the CSS that is defined on Start.html file is not working welll, all the widgets of the screen are on the top of the screen at the 1st line.
If i remove the href for the custom.css on the proddta the widgets are displayed on the correct part of the screen, but for exemple the buttons only have the labels.
How can i correct this to deliver a screen like the Genie skin.
