When I attempt to convert DDS, I'm getting an error message:
'Ajax request error: Unsupported browser.'
Then the conversion runs 'conversion running' but does not seem to complete after several minutes.

Are you able to email us a copy of the DDS source member you are converting? You could send it as a text file or a save file, whichever is easiest for you.
