I have set up a Genie Macro to be called from Atrium to call the program for the option added to Atrium Menu.

The user does not have the authority to enter commands. Their user profile goes directly to the menu that they are assigned to.

Is there a way to override this so that I can call the program?

Are you asking how to give the user access to use the CALL command?
