Skin Repository?

Hi gang!

I'm new to ProfoundUI and it all looks pretty impressive, and I've seen some amazing transformations from green screens to web GUI, which has led to me wondering if there is a skin repository anywhere?

I've made a quick search of these forums but can't find anything, so thought I'd ask.

The basic skins included with ProfoundUI are a good start, but having a repository would be a great resource and allow new sites such as ours a far quicker way to get to that all-important look and feel that we'd like to adopt from the outset.

Thanks in advance,
Paul.

We don't currently have any sort of "skin repository" aside from the examples we provide with Genie.

However, we will consider this idea as a possible future enhancement.

I agree with Paul. In an email with Profound Logic I suggested something similar. Namely, a marketplace/repository of sorts where one can share custom assets for ProfoundUI. Initially I only considered custom widgets but Paul's suggestion with skins is a good idea. Other possibilities are widget sets, custom JavaScript functionalities like formatters, and more.

Hi All,

We recently launched https://noderun.com. This new site allows our users to share any kind of files/directories (like Skins or Themes), as well as sample widgets, sample Profound UI client-side code, or Profound.js back-end code.

At this point, it is just an online Cloud IDE that allows you to create, test, debug, and share resources using unique URL's.

In the coming future, we have plans to expand the site to include more community features, making it easier to search & organize the content that is created on the site.
