Date picker, but no Timestamp picker?

Running v5.9.1...
It seems the only thing available is a date picker, even if the field is defined as a timestamp?
Just wanted to make sure we weren't missing something.
Assuming we haven't missed anything built in, can anybody recommend a timestamp picker?
