Is any one else having a problem downloading the Update to Version 5.2.0?
when I sign in to profound I get the message there is a new version available. clicking on the update button takes me to Profound download screen.
When clicking on the download link I get a brief message saying thank you for downloading ProfoundUI. However nothing downloads and the download screen is displayed again. I have selected ProfundUI from the first drop down and Windows Executable (GUI) in the second drop down menu. I have done this for all the other updates and was able to download the Executable file every time.

How many times have you tried downloading the version 5.2.0 windows executable? I was able to download it just fine. Can you tell me what browser you're using?

Colin tested this and it's working for him.

I've noticed that occasionally something gets messed up in the browser's download cache and causes errors like this. I would suggest trying a different browser. (If you initially tried with Firefox, for example, try Chrome.)

If that doesn't help, contact support@profoundlogic.com, and we can give you another way to download the file.

I was able to get it to work on Chrome. This morning I tried to download using Firefox and IE neither one worked for me.
however I just tried on Chrome and the download worked.
