A new tab gets created when I launch a program as expected. But when I exit the program the tab does not close. I have verified that job does come to an end on the IBM i, but the tab stays open with the circling circle in the top left corner.
This is seems to be instance wide but for only one server instance. We run two environments, one for IBM i users and another using a validation list for outside users. This is happening on the instance using the validation list.
Any ideas what I can look for?

I'm not aware of anything that would cause this, and I haven't run into this with any other customers.

I would start by looking for errors in the JavaScript console in your browser's development tools. If that doesn't help, I would open a support ticket with Profound Logic.
