I am trying to display a pop-up window where the user can enter text lines in a sfl. The user selects an option to Insert from an underlying sfl, and a new sfl is supposed to display in a popup window so the user can enter the data to be inserted. The window displays, but the sfl entry lines are missing. I originally had the window format in a container layout. We thought that might be the problem, so I recoded the window without the container. It did not make a difference. If I remove the window properties from the format, I see the sfl entry lines. If I select the window property, I do not. The only other thing I can think of is that the format the window is supposed to display over is still defined as being in a container layout. I don't want to go through all the work of redefining all my formats without container layouts if that is not what is causing the problem. Any thoughts on where I go from here?
Second question: Is there any way to remove a container layout from a format and retain the contents? Profound will not let me drag a sfl grid or any other fields out of the container. They disappear when you try to drag them outside the boundaries. It would really be helpful to be able to get rid of the container and keep the contents.
Thank you...

Re: sfl not displayed in window
Hello Patti,
Do you mind sending us a copy of your rich display file and a JSON screendump to our support email? Our address is:
support@profoundlogic.com
To grab a JSON screen dump, simply recreate your issue and, with the issue onscreen, press CTRL + F9. This will initiate a download of a file. Attach that file in your email.
To get a copy of your rich display file, simply open it in the designer, select "Save As" at the top of the designer, select the local tab and save the file on your local PC. Attach that file in the same email.
If you could also include the original forum post in your email that would be helpful, so our support staff is aware of the issue and what the files are for. It will also help to include what version of Profound UI you are currently on and what browser and browser version you are currently using.
Thanks!
