Is it possible to mask the ip address in the address bar?

Use this board for starting discussions, asking questions, and giving advice on Web programming for the IBM i platform (and predecessors.)

Is it possible to mask the ip address in the address bar? If so, how would I go about doing this?

Yes it is possible. If your IBM i has a domain name (in most cases it will), you can use the name instead of the IP address. The domain name is setup in a DNS (Domain Name Server) somewhere within your network. This will be a question for your IT/Network person/department.
