It seems like visual designer should handle this.

I had a problem that was driving me crazy yeterday.
I copied a widget from another rich text file. When I ran the program the widget wouldn't appear. I even made sure visible was set to YES.
What I finally figured out was that the widget was on a Tab Panel on the other file but not on the new screen. The parent tab Panel and parent tab properties were still set. Once I removed these properties it was fine.
If the designer knows to set those properties when a widet is set on a tab shouldn't it clear those properties if the widget isn't on a tab?
