There is a new field (ANANON) in PUI0001200 as of at least 4.6.1 indicating whether a program can be run anonymously.

• What value would give the same functionality as when the field wasn't there? It seems it should be 'Y'.
• When would the alternate value be used?

This field is in preparation for a new feature that hasn't been added yet.

For the time being, you should always set ANANON to Y.
