Elastic Layers

How could I create an Elastic Layer with ProfoundUI?.
I had a screen with 2 layers , the layer 1 is over the layer 2
and a table on each layer, when i add an element in the
layer 1 what i like to do is to grow down the layer 1 and
move the layer 2 down.
I would like to know how could i do that with Profound.
Is there any widget or I have to put an HTML Container.
