Scott, I am having a similar issue and followed your instructions to this point and found Query String Parameters and all I get is what I show below. There was a 'View Parsed' and 'View Source' but it gave me basically the same information.

I clicked on 'Preview' and it gave me this but I cant really see my SQL statement anywhere. Any more ideas?
