Make sure to read over the section on the exit program -- the component will not be functional without it.

There is also an example provided in PUISAMPLES.

Also, note that we do reserve the right to require recompiles of DSPFs containing file upload widgets for some future update -- we will be working on an easier to use security scheme which will eliminate the need for the exit program, as well as keeping up with HTML5 extensions as they become available in certain browsers (read Internet Explorer, haha).
