Refresh Scrollbar when Grid is refreshed

Also, if you initially present a grid of less than a page you can never go beyond that page. If you change the custom sql and have a resulting data set larger than a page when you refresh the grid you do not get an operational scroll bar.

We've put in a fix to the Grid "refresh()" API for next release. This will reset the scrollbar to the top and recalculate the number of records.

Sorry it took us so long, but 4.6.0 was released today, which includes the fix.
