Issue with Profound UI 38.1 – Disappearing Fields After Editing Converted Screen

Hello,
I am experiencing a bug with Profound UI Version 6, Fix Pack 38.1. Here’s the context:

I have a source file for a screen that was originally converted using an older version of Profound UI.
I need to make modifications to this screen (specifically, adding an image in a subfile).
After saving my changes, when I open the screen source using STRPDM, I notice that:

Some existing fields have disappeared.
The new field I added is missing or no longer exists.

Environment details:

IBM i (AS400) running V7R4.
Profound UI: Version 6, Fix Pack 38.1.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
