IBM's MFA with Profound Genie

We have recently installed IBM's MFA (Advanced Authentication) on our box which currently uses Profound's UI Genie.

Has anyone else encountered a blank screen after entering their credentials and MFA rolling code in Genie? An extra enter is required to get to the main menu.

Do you have a blank screen after setting up MFA with UI Genie? You are not alone. It appears that an additional "enter" may be required to access the main menu. Any suggestions or solutions are appreciated!

Interesting issue! We haven't run into that exact problem with Genie, but MFA implementations can be tricky. It sounds like a timing or rendering quirk, maybe something the UI is missing. Reminds me of the glitches you sometimes see in early 3D rendering— almost like the Crazy Cattle 3D game I played years ago, haha! Have you checked your browser's console for any errors when that blank screen appears? Could provide a clue.
