Is it possible to display the week before the Monday column?

I'm not 100% sure that I understand what you mean by "display the week", but if you're referring to the Profound UI Date widget, I don't believe there's any way to customize it in any way.

You could consider opening a feature request with Profound Logic by e-mailing support@Profoundlogic.com
