Can someone tell me what this program does? If it's a keep alive program, where is the frequency set? It seems to be running every few seconds on our system. Thanks for your help.

This is used for the "break message" feature of Profound UI. It is called on the "brkmsg poll interval" to see if there are any new break messages sent with the PUIBRKMSG command.
