Does Atrium validate a user profile being created as exiting on the IBM i? I have noticed that I can make a mistake when creating a profile in Atrium by creating a name that doesn't exit, but Atrium accepts this. isn't that a bug?

Re: User profile
Atrium does not validate the user profiles you are entering, by design.
Depending on your setup, the user profile you are entering may not even be an IBM i profile. This could be a user in an LDAP directory, a validation list user, a Kerberos prinicpal, etc.
It's even possible to "mix and match" users of different types, so it would not always know how to validate that what you are entering is "correct".
