Make Output BOLD on Specific VALUE of Parameter

I have a label (output - text only), and a value (output field - bound to RCL parameter).
When RCL == 'A', I want to make the label BOLD.
Is there a way to do this with JUST the designer / front end modifications, without changing anything in the RPG?
