PUIWRKSPLF is not able to handle overprinting in text mode and the PDF mode gives us PDF's without any margins.
We're running PUIWRKSPLF with creation date listed as 9/26/14.
Is there a newer version where either of these issues are fixed or is there some way to customize its behavior?

PUIWRKSPLF is part of the Profound UI product. (It is not a separate product that can be updated indepedently.) You can try updating to the latest version of Profound UI.

I'm not aware of any changes being made to the PDF generation, however. We are simply using IBM's built-in PDF tool, we did not write our own.
