Genie programs cannot be started after an Atrium login with Profound version 5.1.2

Hi everyone,

We have installed the latest Profound version 5.1.2. (upgrading from version 5.1.0). Unfortunately, Genie programs cannot be started anymore after an Atrium login.

Error description:
First we log in via Atrium with username and password.
Then we choose a Genie program from the navigation menu and click on it.
Now we see the "Loading. Please wait..." message which lasts forever (see attached file). The Genie program cannot be started.
We use Internet Explorer 11.

If we start the Genie program directly (not via Atrium login), it works.

Can you please send us a fix for this issue.

Is it possible to install an older Profound version such as 5.1.1 or 5.1.0 when we are already at version 5.1.2?
Can we change a setting to bypass this error?

Thank you for the patch 2035.

This fix has solved the issue.
