I would like to print an image stored on the IFS. I have an Epson POS printer (SCS). The result would be a receipt that consists of a logo (gif), details(text) and a signature(bmp). Can someone advise me on my options. Is anything available in Profound ui?

Sorry, Profound UI focuses entirely on displays, it does not have any printing features.

You can, of course, use standard RPG code to print to your printer, just as you would in any other RPG application.
