IP address

I know how to get the IP address programmatically. Is there a way to determine the IP address of PROFOUNDUI jobs in WRKACTJOB?
If you are running in Genie yes, otherwise, not.
When running in Genie, your application runs in a 5250 interactive job. Genie assigns the client IP address onto the virtual workstation device, so you can see it from the DSPDEVD command. When running outside of Genie, I'm not aware of any way to see it. In this case Profound UI sets an environment variable in the application job that has the client IP and I don't believe there is a way to look into another job's environment variables.
