Full text not displaying in dropdown

This is happening to only 1 user in the company. When he clicks the dropdown that is part of the subfile, only the 1st 4 characters are displayed. I am pretty sure it is something on his PC that is different. But cant figure out what. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Which version of which web browser is he using? Are others using the same browser/version?
In Internet Explorer, there also several different modes to emulate (tho, the emulation is not very good) older versions and modes of IE. If he's running IE, you might also check those settings (under F12 developer tools) to see if he's in a different mode from other users.
