hi,
I want to install "Profound UI" but I get "550 Current directory requires name fomat 1" error
colud you help me, I added picture of error

Can you post a screenshot of the prompt screen for the command CHGFTPA on your system? This will allow us to look at the FTP server settings.

The FTP server settings look fine.
Do you get the same result if you run the installer and leave the other boxes checked to install the IFS files, HTTP server configuration and samples library?
These are actually required for a first time installation -- it wouldn't work without them.

Unfortunately YES Itry all combination but I could not install ...

That's very strange -- we haven't had any issues with it before. I'd recommend contacting technical support and opening an issue. We can maybe look at it with you over a web meeting session to see if we can determine where it's going wrong.
