This appears to work:
REVPLAN10's output puts a screen on the stack
REVPLAN30 WRITE CTL (To reset the stack)
REVPLAN30 SCRNLOAD overlays the previous screen
REVPLAN30 exfmt CTL

The nice thing about this is that the empty subfile is in the background while the spinner window is showing on the initial load.
