Answer:
Think of it this way -- you have a display file and an RPG program still. So, most of the coding techniques and concepts here are identical. Our "rich" display file format, though, allows for a much more capable display file. But, you end up processing these in the same way as on the green-screen. The handler really just serves as the "bridge" between the browser and the RPG program, taking care of I/O between the two.
