We have recently installed IBM's MFA (Advanced Authentication) on our box which currently uses Profound's UI Genie.
Has anyone else encountered a blank screen after entering their credentials and MFA rolling code in Genie? An extra enter is required to get to the main menu.

Do you have a blank screen after setting up MFA with UI Genie? You are not alone. It appears that an additional "enter" may be required to access the main menu.
